The sparkling wine is obtained from classical European varieties of grapes harvested early in the company’s own vineyards in southern and central Moldova. They are then processed in compliance with the classical French method in the famous Cricova wine cellars.
It is an exclusive sparkling wine, produced in compliance with the classic „Champenoise” method, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle in the famous Cricova wine cellars. The blend of classic european grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir renders the wine elegance and subtlety.
Manufactured in compliance with the French classic method by secondary fermentation in the bottle with subsequent cuvée aging for at least 3 years.
